🚚 Shipping Policy – Dog Zone

At Dog Zone, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Egypt. We partner with Egypt Post to ensure wide coverage and efficient delivery.

📦 Shipping Information:

  • Shipping Provider: Egypt Post

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Shipping Fees:

    • EGP 90 for orders up to 10 kilograms

    • EGP 120 for orders above 10 kilograms

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • Shipping Days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding official holidays)

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Dog Zone

We care about your satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. You can return or exchange items according to the policy below:

🕐 Return Period:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.

  • The item must be returned in proper packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pet food or grooming/personal care items.

💸 Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Dog Zone will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
