Same-Day Delivery:

• Orders Outside New Cairo: To qualify for same-day delivery, place your order before 1 PM. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the next day.

• Orders Within New Cairo: Enjoy same-day delivery for all orders placed throughout the day.

Delivery Fees:

• Within Cairo and Giza: A flat delivery fee of 70 EGP applies to all orders.

• Outside Cairo: A flat delivery fee of 90 EGP applies to all orders.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched promptly to ensure timely delivery.

• Delivery Times: Our delivery team operates 7 days a week to ensure your pet supplies reach you as quickly as possible.
